Description

The vaccine contains Newcastle Disease Virus, LaSota strain, grown on SPF chick embryos. It is inactivated, Concentrated and formulated with an oil adjuvant (VISA-15 technology) to get stable water-in-oil emulsion.

0.1ml per chick & 0.2ml (Day 1 to Day 30).

Composition
Each dose of vaccine contains ≥ 108 EID50 (1000 HAU antigen) of Newcastle Disease Virus, LaSota strain, prior to inactivation.
Indications
Vaccine is intended for use in early age of commercial broiler, commercial Layer and breeder birds for immunity against circulating Newcastle Disease Virus Genotype II, VII & XIII in the environment.

Subcutaneous
Shelf Life
24 months from date of manufacture.
Storage
Store at 2 to 8°C. Do not freeze.

Instructions

Take out the vaccine bottle from the refrigerator. Bring it to room temperature for vaccination.

  1. Use only by S/C route by using 20/21G ½ inch needle.
  2. Shake bottle before use and frequently during vaccination.
Side Effects

Not observed.

Withdrawal

Not required.

Transport

On ice in thermos flask / thermocol box.
